Socially responsible terms of employment
New mothers receive 18 weeks' maternity leave, fathers are entitled to 4 weeks' paternity leave after the birth of their baby. As we want to promote the work-life balance of our employees, we offer part-time positions and the option to do almost any job at an 80% stint.
If your personal situation changes, it is usually possible to increase or reduce your working hours. In return, we also expect a certain degree of flexibility from our employees when the need arises.
