What you move
You coordinate the production planning of rice and coffee in close collaboration with demand planning, production, logistics, procurement, and product management.
You proactively plan short-, medium-, and long-term production capacities, inventory levels, and shift requirements, identifying bottlenecks at an early stage.
You ensure the availability of raw materials, including mandatory stock requirements, and coordinate orders with internal and external partners.
You ensure a high level of product availability and service level.
You bring structure to processes, work in a system-driven environment (SAP S/4 HANA), and ensure transparency and stable operations.
What you will bring
At least 2+ years of professional experience
in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning – ideally within the food industry
Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
ideally complemented by further education (e.g. Certified Process Specialist, HF Technician, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain)
English (Fluent)
Italian (Fluent)
German (Fluent)
Technical Skills: SAP (S/4 HANA) is an advantage; strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
Working Style: You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations
Soft Skills: You communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and find pragmatic solutions in complex situations
